If you are newer to blogging you don't know much about the blogger when you start a blogg their you select a templet for your blogg.their are various type of templet given by blogger and you can also customize them but if you don't like any one of them you can also change your templet by downloading them from any other website.their are many sites for
blogger templets .So now i am explaining you how you can change your blogger templet in new blogging user interface
Steps To Change Blogger Templet


1. Back up your templet
     Go to Templet and click Backup/Restore
      now your current templet is changed

2.First download the templet from any Templet site like. Btemplets
3. Now again go to your blogger dashboard click on the setting and then click on Old user Interface

4. Now Click on Design and then Edit HTML .their you see a Chosse file button .
   now chosse XML file of templet you just downloaded and click upload and then keep widgets

now your templet has been changed ENJOY.
